Campus Orientation Meetings to
Prepare for Academic and Social Success
Welcome to Kettering University!
Congratulations on being accepted to one of the highest ranked and nationally
recognized colleges in the country!
When you arrive on
campus on Thursday, October 2, you will begin your career at Kettering by moving
into the dorms (Thompson Hall), greeted and assisted by current Kettering
students. On the same day, you will begin the four (4)-day orientation
program, designated COMPASS weekend.
While mandatory, all
programming is highly recommended, as COMPASS crew
has spent the past year planning these events to help prepare you for the
Kettering way of life - both inside and outside the classroom. Not to
mention that most of them have high entertainment factors - they have been
designed with YOU in mind!
We look
forward to meeting you in person when you arrive on campus, and
we think you will like what you see. So take a look around, get to know what your first weekend on campus will be
like. Also, check out the Camp COMPASS link, an
off-campus two-day program held directly
before orientation that will give you an extra edge on succeeding at Kettering
and the opportunity to meet the best of our student leaders.
